Annual Business Meeting
The primary governing assembly of the association. This is where newly elected leadership is formally installed, the financial health of the organization is reviewed, and the strategic vision for the year ahead is set.

Leadership installation
The formal transition of power: newly elected members of the Board of Directors are welcomed and seated for their terms.
Executive reports
Complete operational transparency. The President, Secretary, Executive Director, and Treasurer each present reports on the status, accomplishments, and finances of the organization.
Open member forum
A dedicated session for new business. Any professional member in good standing may address the assembly with prior notice to the Executive Director.
The Official Docket
Agenda, published in advance
In accordance with the association bylaws, the final agenda is published here at least five days before the assembly, detailing every item scheduled for review or vote so members can evaluate the facts and participate fully. The current docket is pending publication; check back as the assembly date approaches.

Time, place, and attendance
The next Annual Business Meeting is Thursday, January 14, 2027, at the Sub-Zero showroom, with registration opening October 14. The Board of Directors sets the time and location of each annual assembly, and official notices go to all members with the venue and virtual attendance options.
